    I recently took my 15 yr old Grandaughter on a cruise to the Carribean She did not use her phone or text the entire time of the cruise. The phone was left on a couple of days but had no service. When we got home her Mother had a $500.00 bill from Verizon. They said even if phone was not used we would have to pay the bill because it was roaming. Even if phone is off and you receive text you are charged. I am trying to get the word out so no one else goes through this.So unfair to be charged for something you did not use.     verizon took money out of our bank account to pay for another persons account who doesn't live with us and won't refund us our money. They won't take us off this account and will not help in any way, what a bad company and we have three cell phones with them , two personal, one business, and have always paid our own account on time and now they do this. Will be looking for a better trustworthy company. More...
